What to expect.

Consistency leads to reading improvement, so Hanna usually recommends two to four lessons a week.

Billing and cancellations

Clear expectations for both sides.

Paying for lessons

Each week’s lessons are invoiced in advance through the parent portal. Payment is due before the week’s first lesson.

  • Pay by card or bank account in the portal
  • Automatic payment is optional
  • You’ll get an emailed receipt for each online payment

Cancellations

Cancel in the parent portal at least 24 hours before a lesson and you won’t be charged. Anything you already paid for that lesson becomes a credit on your next invoice.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed lesson, is charged
  • Illness or an emergency? Let Hanna know
  • If Hanna cancels, you aren’t charged

Getting started

Every family starts with a free 30-minute consultation. Before lessons begin, Hanna does an assessment to find your child’s starting point, and she’ll explain what it involves and what it costs.

Year-round, no long-term contract

Lessons continue year-round, including summer, with breaks announced ahead of time. There’s no package to buy and no long-term contract.
