Together, you’ll talk through your child’s goals and a tutoring schedule that works for your family.

Next, schedule an assessment session so Hanna can understand what your child already knows and where they need support. She’ll use those results to recommend a personalized reading tutoring plan. Hanna will explain the assessment and its cost at your consultation, and there’s no obligation or pressure to continue.

If the plan feels like a good fit, you and your child will work with Hanna to agree on the next steps. Once you’ve signed the tutoring agreement and arranged payment, Hanna will send everything you need to get started.

Each 40-minute session follows a familiar routine, with lessons based on your child’s skills and a pace that fits their needs.

Learn and practice. Hanna reviews what your child has learned, explains and demonstrates a new skill, and helps them practice through reading, spelling, and writing.

Build independence. Your child returns to skills over time and practices using them in sentences and stories. Hanna follows their progress, adjusting lessons as they become ready to do more on their own.

Hanna checks your child’s progress throughout tutoring and reassesses skills along the way. She shares what’s improving, where your child still needs practice, and what she recommends next.

Together, you’ll decide whether to continue with the current goals, focus on new skills, or adjust the tutoring plan as your child’s needs change.
